1. Mengandung Nutrisi yang diperlukan sell tubuh
2. Memenuhi Kecukupan air
3. Memberikan energi
4. menjaga atau merawat kerja pankreas, agar tidak terjadi lonjakan Gula darah
+rendah kalori untuk menghindari peningkatan berat badan
